Settings for Mobile-Pak

Please update the following settings on the device for Mobile-Pak to install and work correctly.

Note: The screenshots referenced here are taken from a Samsung device. Other devices may look different.
  1. Locate the Settings Application and select it.

  2. Navigate to the Location* settings.
    Location & Security
    *Location settings are found in Connections in Samsung tablets.

  3. Make sure the Location setting is enabled. This will allow Mobile-Pak to use GPS satellites for location information.

Download the Mobile-Pak Application

  1. Click on the following link to download your application.

    Mobile-Pak (Version G dataset) (Build 9012)

    Mobile-Pak (Version F dataset) (Build 8302)

    *This link is only valid for e-Pak (hosted) users. i-Pak (unhosted) users should send an email to support for your individual version.

  2. A banner will display at the bottom center of the screen notifying you of the progress.

  3. When the download is complete, select Open.

  4. If this is the first time installing Mobile-Pak, the following pop-up will appear. Select Settings.

  5. Once the Settings app displays, enable the Allow from this source setting.

  6. Press the back button in your device and the application installed screen should display. Select Open to open Mobile-Pak.

  7. Always allow any permissions asked from Mobile-Pak.

  8. The install of the application is now complete. You should now see the initial configuration screen for Mobile-Pak.
    Enter your Customer Key to begin configuring your device. Note: contact Support if you do not know your Customer Key.
